Sorry that I Write in Englisch but i cannot speak Flandern! So I hope it is not a Problem! I found this Forum because I will move in Octobre to Belgium better I say Mons.

I work in the German armed forces! And I hope that I will find some other Honda enthausiats in Belgium too, maybe for Meetings or so on?

So my Name is Ahmet, I am 27 Years Old.

my Car is a 99 Honda Integra type R

Now i equipped it with a Turbo and many other Things too I will do a Fully Build up threat with Pictures and so on!

At first of all I have a couple of questions and I hope you can help me!

I want to know if there in Belgium are E85 Petrol Stations? And do you know a Homepage were I can find them?

are there no Petrol Stations with E85 in Belgium?

I never even heard of E85 actually

I bought my car in 2006 and it looked like These:




After 2 Years of Pure Drivin Fun I decided to paint the Car new and give him some New Parts! But I remember you asked for Pic´s now you will get them

So The Story Continous

In the end of 2011 I Decided to built up a Turbo Engine!

I Ordered some Parts that I Need:











And after That I started Welding welding with a good friend of Mine! I Decided to still use a Full Size Watercooler, because I still want to hit the Track! And everybody knows that Cooling is the most important thing! If you have question about the Setup Please feel free to ask me!

So know I will Show you some Pictures about the Engine Build up! I Think I let the Pictures Talk and add some Informations


These are the new Valve Trim with Oversize Valves and Special Heat Coated and Nitrided Valves for the Exhaust Side


Here you can see a new full Sleeved Block


The Crankshaft is new and fine Balanced up to 10.000 rpm/min


Now the Block is Complete and it has a size of 2192 ccm


After that the Block was assembled to an b18 i mean b20 together you can see the new Oil Pan wich have a capacity of 5.5 L

and these are the last Pictures I Have! It is very actual Picture i did last week, some Parts are still on his way to germany like Ecu and Injectores! I hope it will ran everything like I want!

Looks like a serious build ! Though i'm not really a fan of turbo honda's.
