If the manifold is coated internally and externally the heat can not be retained in he manifold and so it is not transferred to the head.
here is the tried and tested (has been shown numerous times on engine dyno's that it will loose power and burn valves) Physics:
(1) If the heat is retained in the manifold then the cylinder head will run at a higher temp than designed unless cooling is adapted.
(2) valves cool themselves by heat transfer through the valve seats. The wider the seat the more cooling.
(3) Exhaust valves will run much hotter and can't loose this heat if the seat width is standard.
(4) Hotter valves burn out sooner.
(5) Hotter valves transfer more heat to combustion chamber - loosing Power.
(6) The intake valves run hotter due to increased cylinder head temps.
(7) Inlet charge passes by the inlet valves and this heat is transferred to the charge making it less dense and loosing power.
(8) Running wider valve seats to assist cooling reduces airflow and hence loses power.
Peter Burgess (well known for cylinder head Porting & author) and more famously Vizzard have proved that wrapping/coating exhausts without a full re-disign of the cylinder head always looses power; this has been done with numerous dyno tests.
caveat - it can gain power on an engine designed to be used with it as it does have advantages when designed into the overall package from the start.
Turbo's charged engines are also different.

De rede voorwat ik het zekr doe is de temp onder de kap, als ik na een rit voel aan de alu buis van gasklep na airbox dan is die enorm warm... Grtzzz t
